A Head Box Paper Mill Machine is responsible for the output of pulp onto the forming table, in the form of a thin, wide and uniform sheet. The pulp is made into a very dilute slurry of approximately 0.5% to 1.2% consistency and fillers are mixed with it. Then the furnish is poured uniform across the forming wire using a jet. This entire component is called Head box.
